Monster Hunter Outlanders pairs familiar weapon types with Adventurer-specific skills. Choose the moveset you enjoy controlling, then look at how the Adventurer supports your team.
Charge Blade joins the launch lineup alongside seven existing weapon types. Its sword-and-axe forms balance defense and offense; an Adventurer-specific build needs a confirmed kit before it can be recommended.

The international launch FAQ gives 28 October 2026 at 22:00 UTC, which is 29 October in much of Asia. Use the official FAQ for the exact time in your region.
Choose the same region as your friends.
The international FAQ lists North America, Japan and Europe. It says region data is separate and cross-region teaming and transfers are not supported.
Check the event before you reroll.
Launch campaigns and beta rewards can depend on your publisher, login and event eligibility. Claiming a free reward and recruiting a new Adventurer are different systems.

Is Monster Hunter Outlanders on PC or Steam?+
The official launch platforms are iOS and Android. A native PC or Steam release is not listed in the international launch information. Use the publisher’s downloads rather than unofficial APK or PC installer sites.
Can I use a controller?+
The official website lists controller support. Garena’s launch announcement describes support for selected content, including hunts, missions and exploration; this does not establish that every menu supports every controller.
What phone do I need?+
The detailed international FAQ recommends iOS 17, iPhone 13 Pro and 6 GB RAM; on Android it recommends Android 12, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 or Dimensity 9200 and 8 GB RAM. Minimum specifications are lower. Check the FAQ before downloading.
